Description: Progressive Design-Build Services for the Olive View-UCLA Medical Center Continuum of Care Facility Los Angeles County Public Works is requesting Progressive Design-Build proposals from interested firms for Phase 1 - Pre-Construction Services and Phase 2 - Construction Services for the Olive View-UCLA Medical Center Continuum of Care Facility located at 14445 Olive View Drive, Sylmar, CA 91342. An in-person proposal conference and site visit to answer questions concerning the project will be held on March 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The proposal conference will be held on the second floor in the old lab building (the building with the glass double doors on the west side) next to Parking Lot H, at 14445 Olive View Drive, Sylmar, CA 91342.
