Description: Schriever Space Force Base needs the contractor to treat the Central Utilities Plant (CUP) with specific chemicals to treat the hot and cold water closed loops to prevent corrosion, scale, and improve PH balances in accordance with the specifications provided in the PWS. This requirement will be a base + four (4) option years. Site Visit: On Wednesday, 18 February 2026 at 0930 (9:30 AM) Mountain Time (MT) there will be a site visit. The location will be held on Schriever Space Force Base within the Restricted Area. North Portal area. Participants will meet, and be ready to go to the site, at the visitors center no later than 08:30 AM MT. Please allot time if you need to get a pass. Please send the Contracting Officer (CO) and Specialist (CS) an email verifying that you will be attending the site visit no later than Tuesday, 17 February 2026 by 1:00 PM MT. If you plan to attend the site visit. Ensure that you have: 1. Valid Driver's License 2. Hard copy of vehicle registration 3. Proof of car insurance (if you are the one driving) 4. 2nd form of I.D. 5. Know your SSN. Attending the site visit is not mandatory (its optional). Please see the provided attachments. Amendment 1 - Provide the correct CLIN Pricing Schedule in attachments. Amendment 2 - Provide an amended solicitation attachment. The purpose of this amendment is to update provision 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Also add in site visit details. Amendment 3 - Provide a due date extension by eight (8) calendar days from 24 February 2026 to 4 March 2026 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. Amendment 4 - Provide attachment four (4) - Request for Information (RFI) answers, incorporate revision one (1) of the PWS and revision one (1) of the CLIN Pricing schedule. Amendment 5 - Provide a due date extension by five (5) calendar days from 4 March 2026 to 9 March 2026 at 10:00 AM. Amendment 6 - Provide attachment five (5) - Request for information (RFI) answers R2.
