The goal is to select a qualified, long-term provider to operate an emergency shelter at 816 Cacique Street, Santa Barbara, California that the City of Santa Barbara purchased in January 2026. Since January, the City has been working with an interim service provider that transitioned clients from the previous owner and operator of the facility. Other Details The selected proposer must be available to start work by July 1, 2026. The City requires the service provider to designate one individual as the Project Manager. The Project Manager will be the point of contact for all communications including reporting and invoices for the Professional Services Agreement and will be responsible for oversight of all activities and deliverables included in the Scope of Work.
