Interested vendors will meet the COR at the Big Piney Ranger District office located at 10418 South Hwy 189, Big Piney, WY 83113 at the scheduled time. Vendors are not required to submit any information to attend the site visit, but they will be asked to fill out an attendance sheet (Company Name, Employee Name, Phone Number, and Email Address). Questions shall be submitted via email to arlen.fausett@usda.gov and are due no later than April 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email.
